I am a Certified Cloud Practitioner seeking to implement the skill set and tools that I have learned to scale business for your company. Projects I've worked on revolve around hosting static websites on Amazon S3, attaching CloudFront Distribution to Amazon S3 Buckets, and configuring Amazon Route 53 to point a custom domain to CloudFront Distribution. Knowing now is the time to gain direct, hands-on experience with the resources I've been working with and applying at a small scale, I submit myself to consideration for the opening role within your company. Work History


Rise Michigan- I worked as a volunteer that promoted and engaged college students in political issues on a local level within the state of Michigan. I assisted in analyzing data aided by Microsoft Excel to create graphical representations of polls that were taken on college campuses to determine the average number of students who were registered to vote and those who needed absentee ballots. Then, providing those students with the information needed to obtain those ballots and organized voting booths on college campuses across Michigan.


Covestic Inc-I was a contract worker for Microsoft in the Xbox Operations Center where we handled system outages whether they be planned or unplanned. I aided my team with communicating outages ranging from gaming to streaming services by analyzing graphical data to determine the severity of each, while using live communication to keep our client's customers informed of downtimes and resolution time tables. I also created bridges to engage different asset teams to aid in mitigation while documenting the step by step processes from the cause of the incident to resolution.
